Recording starts after the patient agrees. The AI scribe listens to the consult and drafts a SOAP note in the shape of your discipline: spinal levels and orthopaedic tests for chiropractic, range of motion and progress across sessions for physiotherapy and physical therapy. You review and edit the draft, then sign it. Nothing is filed until you do.
MSKster is the practice system. Booking, the diary, packages, invoices, and clinical notes all live in it, with the AI scribe built in. Founding clinics get their data moved from Cliniko or a spreadsheet for them.
Many clinics hand patients from treatment to training. When the trainer writes session notes on the same patient record, the chiropractor or physiotherapist sees load and progress, and the trainer sees the clinical history and any limits the practitioner has set. One patient, one record, across the whole team.
One monthly fee covers the clinic: HKD 680 for one practitioner, or HKD 880 for 2 to 5 practitioners. The AI scribe is added for each practitioner who wants it, at HKD 480 a month with 1,000 minutes included. Front desk and owner logins are free. The first 10 clinics get founding prices held for 12 months, and clinics with six or more practitioners get a quote.
